1. Information We Collect

1.1 Google AdMob (Free Version Ads)

The free version of Vinylcore displays ads using Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Users may opt out of personalized ads via device settings.

1.2 Usage Data (Analytics & Crash Reports)

We use Firebase Analytics to track anonymous feature usage, and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports for debugging. No personally identifiable information is collected.

1.3 RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat tracks purchases using an anonymous user ID. No personal or payment data is stored by us.

1.4 Media Library Access

On iOS, the app requests access to your locally stored music library so you can play your own purchased / synced tracks. On Android, the app requests permission to read audio files for the same purpose. The app does not upload or share any media information or personal data.

1.5 Streaming Content (V3+)

Vinylcore can stream audio from publicly available third-party sources, including:

• Internet radio (HLS/ICY streams)
• Podcast RSS feeds
• Jamendo (Creative Commons–licensed music)
• Archive.org public audio
• HTTP(S) audio URLs you paste in

When you play one of these streams, your device connects directly to the third-party provider. Those providers may log your IP address and request metadata according to their own privacy policies. We do not host this content and we do not relay or store the audio. We do not send your identity, your library, or your listening history to any third party other than what is technically necessary to fetch the stream you requested.

Vinylcore does not access Apple Music, iCloud Music Library, Spotify, YouTube, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music, or any other closed/DRM-protected streaming service. The app cannot read your account data, playlists, or listening history from any of those services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display ads in the free version of the app (via Google AdMob)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics)
• To manage premium access (RevenueCat)
• To enable playback of local music files
• To fetch streams you request from public third-party sources (radio, podcasts, Jamendo, Archive.org)

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or share any user data.

Analytics and ad services are handled securely by Google and RevenueCat under their own privacy policies.

4. Your Choices & Control

• You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• You can manage in-app purchases via the App Store.
• The app does not collect any personal data or require an account.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is rated 4+ and is safe for children.

No personal information is collected or shared.
